What is the turnaround time?

Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the item! This is a hobby turned side gig, so I still have a full-time job. That being said, I will entirely communicate with you regarding the status of your item and the expected completion date. I give myself 2-4 weeks for completion, but that is a cautionary time frame :)

My hand stitched item looks a bit different from the product picture. Why?

Since it is hand stitched, this means every item is unique and may have variations in its final form. If the item is not to your liking or expectation, contact me, and we will figure out a resolution. :)

I want something that is not listed in your shop. How can I order this?
